Your advice and assistance with regard to every aspect of the sale – market study, preparation, presentation, timing, marketing, to final negotiation and closing arrangements – were excellent and extremely valuable. While we were having the apartment renovated and staged you essentially assumed the role of project manager, attending to every detail and making sure everything kept working smoothly for us and the home stagers, tradespeople, building management and other residents.

Your marketing work was outstanding. Brochures, postcards, web and paper advertisements were excellent – informative, well laid out, handsomely executed, widely and strategically distributed. Your combination of professionalism, patience, calm and good humour made the whole process – which could have been a nightmare – pleasant from beginning to end. The end result was that over a three day opening we received four offers, and sold the property for substantially more than our asking price.
